Temperature Probe Module. This unit is installed under the floor of each rack (or in the base of the rack if no raised floor is used).

One unit is required per rack, it is very easy to install using the supplied RJ45 terminated UTP cables. The unit has three standard RJ45 sockets; two for the TMPNET chain (in and out) and one for the array of sensors that run up inside the rack.

The sensor lead has four(4) sensors on it to measure; floor, base of rack, middle of rack and roof of rack.
